There are more reasons than 100 words can disclose as to why I want to be an officer in the Marine Corps. In short, it is to make a difference for my country and the men and women I serve with.

I want to share my own with the community, as well as receive constructive criticism regarding my personal statement. My rough draft is posted below.

Your draft isn't bad, but as was said above: fix the core values and try to succinctly elaborate on your desire to lead Marines.
