The idea of a dedicated music player was born from Yahoo! audio search engine, which was divided into two segments: audio files openly found on the Web; and licensed music from Yahoo! own music service that can be searched by several criteria (e.g., artist, title, album, etc.) and downloaded for a price, typically $1 per track.
In May 2005, Yahoo Music launched Yahoo! Music Unlimited, a music streaming service and digital music store. Users paid a subscription fee to access a library of over two million songs which could be either streamed or downloaded as DRM'd Windows Media Audio files and played from a computer in near CD quality sound.

To clear Search History: 1. Go to search.aol.com. 2. Click Sign In. 3. Type your AOL Username or Email and Password in the text boxes and then click Sign In. 4. Type a keyword in the search box and click Search. 5. Click the History drop-down arrow. 6.Click Go to Search History. 7. Click Clear History. 8. Click Yes to confirm.
