    To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.06.20380 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once. Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

    My Acrobat DC Pro is 22.1.20142 (64 bit), which I installed fresh a week ago (but it didn't fix the problem).     Dec 01, 2022. For other people running into this same issue needing 32-bit deployed to allow for plugins, log in to your adminconsole.adobe.com, and go to Packages. Create a self service package, and choose 32-bit Acrobat. It will prepare it and then you can download it and deploy with your method of choice.

    In Step 4 the registry is already set exactly as described. But this entry is in WOW6432Node and pertains to the 32-bit Reader. The 64-bit Reader has setup the 64-bit registry entry as shown below. I presume that 64-bit Outlook would find this and work correctly. Upvote.
