    JBL live 650btnc-le headphones. My audio drivers are all up to date. The "mono" audio option in Ease of Access is turned off. Turning audio enhancements on or off in the properties menu doesn't solve the problem. Restarting the computer doesn't solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    For my headphones, I only see the "Headphones (Hesh ANC)" option, but it does not give me the consistent quality of audio that I expect. I have tried troubleshooting both the sound and the bluetooth. I have tried updating the drivers. I have fiddled with the advanced properties System>Sound>Properties for my device in the Windows 11 Settings.

    right click on the sound icon on taskbar and then click open volume mixer. Choose the Speaker and click on it, you'll see the speaker properties window. You can see the second tab "Levels" and check if the balance is equal. Then go to Enhancements and disable all sound effects.

    Press Windows key + X. then select Device Manager. Expand Sound, video and game controllers. Then right-click on your Sound device. Uninstall then select "Delete the driver software for this device". then select Uninstall. Then restart your PC. Then check for Windows updates for it to download the latest audio driver.

    As stereo sound sends different sound to different speakers to give that stereo effect as they are recorded using two or more channels to give that surround effect.     My headphones (JBL Live 400BT) work fine when connected through the wire in both stereo and mono. However when I connect through Bluetooth I can only switch my output device to JBL LIVE400BT Hands-Free which I am pretty certain is the mono version of the headphones.
