JBL live 650btnc-le headphones. My audio drivers are all up to date. The "mono" audio option in Ease of Access is turned off. Turning audio enhancements on or off in the properties menu doesn't solve the problem. Restarting the computer doesn't solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
For my headphones, I only see the "Headphones (Hesh ANC)" option, but it does not give me the consistent quality of audio that I expect. I have tried troubleshooting both the sound and the bluetooth. I have tried updating the drivers. I have fiddled with the advanced properties System>Sound>Properties for my device in the Windows 11 Settings.

Open “Device Manager”. Find “Bluetooth”, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select “Update Driver”. If there is a new driver available, update it. Locate the volume icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and select “Sound”. In the Playback tab, make sure the Xbox Wireless Headset is set as the default device.
As stereo sound sends different sound to different speakers to give that stereo effect as they are recorded using two or more channels to give that surround effect. My headphones (JBL Live 400BT) work fine when connected through the wire in both stereo and mono. However when I connect through Bluetooth I can only switch my output device to JBL LIVE400BT Hands-Free which I am pretty certain is the mono version of the headphones.
