I used to have issues with WSJ delivery and going through the "channels" did not yield any results. Then I got a flier or card from the delivery guy (around the holidays) and I reached out directly to ask for help.

Just wondering if anyone here in the CLT subreddit gets The Wall Street Journal delivered and has delivery issues. It often times comes after 2 PM or I don't get it at all. Anybody have insight? Did you call someone other than customer service?
