My AirPod Pro 2 mic doesn't not work in either of my Win 11 laptops (Dell & Lenovo), but my last gen AirPod Pros do. Spoke with Apple Support last week and they had me hard reset the new AirPods, and afterwards the mic actually worked when I tested it with Windows sound settings and in Zoom.

AirPod pros will not work during zoom meetings. I have a PC and I have connected my AirPod pros. They work on teams meetings and on random websites but not zoom. It is so frustrating! I go into setting on my zoom desktop app and I can see the AirPods. When I try to test the audio, my iPods show up but I can not hear the sound.
