My state has had PPTO before Walmart even implemented it and it rolls over every year. Not sure what the Walmart policy is honestly but we get 1 hour for every 30 hours worked I think. I do call in every few months when needed so it's not like I never call out, but it still builds up.

Walmart.com is asking me to provide a phone number in order to create an account. Is this something brand new? People are telling me that they never provided any phone numbers for creating accounts. is this something they are asking me based on my IP address or browser settings?
