Ok, this could be related to the widely reported bug between yahoo and the mail app. The bug is that when a yahoo email that is linked to the mail app receives an email, the email would get displayed as HTML, like a website code. And perhaps MS has stopped this service at the moment while they work on the newest Mail app.
