I'm just interested in stopping Excel adding quotation marks around text pasted from copied cells into notepad without having to go into notepad and do endless 'find and replace's afterwards. Formatting the cells as text makes no difference so why is Excel adding the quotes in only around cells containing IP addresses? (And putting a tab after the first quote marks!)
You can also just use the "View in Notepad" button on the TextView tab; use the Tools > Fiddler Options > Tools > Text Editor field to point to Notepad++ if you need to.

As for CSV, you can use MS Excel if you have a reasonably recent version of it that will import XML files. As ManoM said, KML is a type of XML; simply save as a KML (not KMZ) file, rename the file from ".kml" to ".xml" and then open it with Excel, which will convert it into a spreadsheet for you.
