G502 Switch Replacement Guide (High-Res). Link to Guide. I made this guide to help anyone who might be wanting to change some of the switches in their G502. It only covers changing out the right and left, as well as the 2 top-side left buttons, but you could probably figure out the rest fairly easy if you wanted to do more.
G502 X. Its great so far. It feels slightly wider and bigger overall but I personally like that. But you know what Ive noticed. Mouse/button clicks are noticeably louder. I think I know why. This mouse is probably a lot more hollow than the HERO. Its, as you know, much lighter too. The plastic/rubber scroll wheel is fine.

Logitech replaced it but didn't have the SE so sent me an all black one which now the right click stopped working after 2 years. It's an awesome mouse so I'm giving the G502 X one last shot.
If you use alcohol, sanitizer, or perfume on your hands, you have to wash them again first because alcohol will screw up the rubber, same thing with any car's steering wheel. Reply. No-Source40 • 3 mo. ago. Meanwhile mine broke after 5 months of gentle use and Logitech won’t respond.

You can use this script with Logitech G Hub to add to your mouse. It's currently coded for the G502 HERO, but the numbers can be changed to match your mouse. I labelled it as best I could. NOTE: Change the Local presets, you'll need to edit your x, y, delay to suit each gun and game. I found in order to fire (Click) G Hub had to be run as Admin.
