I am also running a new Dell I3910 (Windows 11) with UHD 730 and i5-12400 which won't allow resolution setting to be selected higher than 1920x1080. Unlike original poster, I have a Samsung monitor model #LU28E510DS/ZA which should be able to display 3840x2160. Monitor is not new and previously ran higher resolution attached to a Mac.

    community.amd.com/t5/pc-graphics/incorrect-resolution-being-displayed/td-p/283426

Hi thanks for the help. Unfortunately those things haven't solved the problem but I also noticed that I am missing a resolution option. 1366x768 is not being displayed as an option in the windows display settings. I believe that 1366x768 is actually the correct resolution and NOT 1360x768. I was incorrect before and I apologize.

toddbecker, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. In reference to this scenario, just to let you know, the reason why you get the 2560 X 1080 resolution in safe mode, is because safe mode disabled all the drivers involved, so basically you are working without drivers in that mode which will limit the proper functionality of the Graphics portion of the Intel® Processor.
